Throughout history, humans have gathered around campfires to tell stories, to share their hopes and dreams, to make sense of their pain and suffering, to seek meaning and perspective on life.
We laugh and cry, we listen and debate, we rest and heal. But we don’t stay.
The campfire eventually dies and we awaken the next day with an opportunity to face new uncertainties, challenges, and adventures. After a long day, we gather around the campfire again, with new stories to tell, attempting to make sense of it all.

Austin Hill, MA, LMHC
Austin is a licensed mental health counselor and mental performance and climbing coach. He began clinical work in 2015 after graduating with an MA in Counselor Education and coaching in 2020 when he pioneered Orlando's first youth climbing team but his experience in the fields of mental health, psychology, leadership, humanitarian aid, and sports performance date back almost 20 years. Some notable experiences include providing wilderness therapy for teens in the South Carolina juvenile justice system, counseling men affected by HIV/AIDS in Malawi, implementing trauma-informed programs for families fleeing ISIS and seeking refuge in Germany, partnering with the Orlando LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce to provide counseling for families affected by the tragedy at Pulse, partnering with leaders in the Church of England to address the growing mental health crisis, working for five years as both a school counselor and mental health designee at a local Title 1 middle school, and coaching climbers around the world ranging from beginners falling in the love with the sport or elite athletes competing at the USAC National Championship.The vastness of these experiences have shaped Austin's unique worldview and approach to life, therapy, and coaching, while also equipping him to connect with a wide range of clients and create space for anyone to belong and grow.
